My experience in the Real Estate industry started in 1972, joining my father’s firm, Leonard R. Nix Real Estate. Initially focusing on residential sales, I honed my skills and expanded my experience to become a charter member of the Certified Residential Specialist, a coveted designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors. In 1974, I earned my Broker’s License and two years later assumed ownership of the firm. In the mid 1980’s I became increasing active in commercial and income property sales. Give the ever burgeoning demands of the wine industry, I also enjoyed success in sales of vineyard properties. I specialize in luxury home sales, as well as ranch, commercial and residential pro Selzer Realty & Associates.
