I have been a resident of Ukiah for nearly 30 years. I have watched our community grow and change over time. I am committed to serving those in our community to achieve their goals of becoming a homeowner as well as investing in real estate property. I understand how complicated and challenging at times buying or selling a home can be. That is why I am here to determine the right price, get qualified buyers, negotiate contracts, market your property, prepare all documentation and follow up with prospective buyers.

I am also a licensed appraiser, which is a key for evaluating your next purchase or pricing properties in this fast moving market. Appraising has given me the opportunity to find fair market values on a wide range of real estate properties in Lake, Mendocino and Sonoma counties. This unique experience allows me to provide excellent service for buyers and sellers. I also hold an Associate’s degree with an emphasis in Real Estate from Mendocino College.

My wife, Rachel and I are proud parents of four wonderful daughters. I love spending time with family & friends. I enjoy sports, outdoor activities and reading.
